I love hearing couples talk about their vision and dreams for their wedding day—and I love bringing those dreams to life even more. Throughout my 15+ years of owning Party Perfection Weddings + Events, I have been fortunate to gain experience in nearly every aspect of an event—from starting out in catering to gaining the unique perspective that comes with being married to a DJ. (Check out this cute article by Charlie Hall) That experience helps me understand both the beautiful details everyone sees and the behind-the-scenes logistics that make everything work.
Over the years, our team has been named The Knot’s Best of Weddings eight times, earned a place in The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame and was recently voted Best Event Planner in Charleston Living Magazine’s 2026 Best of the Holy City Readers’ Choice Awards. These honors are especially meaningful because they reflect the experiences of the couples and communities we serve.

My extensive experience planning nonprofit and community events has taught me how to coordinate people, vendors and logistics while staying flexible when the unexpected happens.
As an Event Planner Lead serving New Bern and the surrounding area, I bring that same thoughtful preparation and calm problem-solving to every wedding. I’m there to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors and make sure my couples feel supported from beginning to end.
