-
Not quite—and there’s a reason we don’t offer true “day-of” coordination. Effective wedding-day management starts long before the wedding day itself. A coordinator simply cannot step in the day—or even the week—of your wedding and be fully prepared to manage an event with dozens of moving pieces, multiple vendors, detailed logistics, and months of decisions behind it.
Our process is intentionally designed to give us the time needed to understand your plans before we’re responsible for executing them. You’ll receive access to our planning portal, tools, and resources immediately after booking. Communication with your assigned Wedding Day Manager begins approximately four months before your wedding, and our hands-on final-details process begins around 6–8 weeks out.
During that time, we review your plans, build your comprehensive timeline and floor plan, communicate with your vendor team, confirm logistics and responsibilities, identify potential gaps or conflicts, and make sure all of the moving pieces work together.

-
This is when the details really come together. We’ll review your plans, finalize the wedding-day timeline and floor plan, communicate with your vendor team, confirm logistics, and identify any remaining details that need attention. Our goal is to make sure everyone knows where to be, when to be there, and what is happening—so you can enjoy being the couple instead of the project manager.iption

Yes—and it’s much more than a basic schedule. Drawing on years of experience managing weddings and live events, we build a comprehensive, customized wedding-day timeline around the logistics of your celebration. We account for vendor arrival and setup windows, photography and hair-and-makeup timing, transportation, ceremony cues, room transitions, catering and bar service, formalities, entertainment, private moments, breakdown, and all the little moving pieces that have to happen behind the scenes.
We also look for potential timing conflicts, unrealistic transitions, logistical gaps, and details that could affect the flow of the day. During the final planning process, we coordinate with your vendor team to confirm timing and responsibilities, make necessary adjustments, and distribute the finalized timeline so everyone is working from the same plan.
The goal isn’t simply to create a timeline—it’s to build a realistic event roadmap based on experience, then manage it in real time so your wedding feels effortless.
